Fowler collaborates with sound artist Lee Patterson to investigate the dialogue between listening and seeing. The 16mm footage by Fowler is supplemented by the digital audio recordings by Patterson, who uses recorders to interact with the environment, found objects and underwater landscapes. Patterson evokes sounds ranging from complex, harmonic overtones in electro-magnetically 'excited' springs (often found in discarded lighters) to the exploding and shifting micro-sound of burning walnuts.

A nocturnal flight over a Swedish archipelago. Two men, one of which is blind, discuss the search for a dodecahedron, a geometrical shape consisting of twelve pentagons. Plato saw it as a constituting shape of the universe. The Romans had a lot of them, but hitherto their function has not been clarified. Interpretations often take on astronomic or cosmic form, providing the dodecahedron with a mysterious aura.
