The point of filmmaking is to not just document the world, but to change it. Es kommt drauf an, sie zu verändern documents the working conditions of female factory workers. Through extended interviews, giving the women agency and a voice in their political struggles — the factory workers detail and discuss the multiple levels of exploitation as workers and as women, that they experience in their lives.
